GroupIncreaseGroupCounter

introduction

Increase Group Counter

The counter's key, if present, is incremented directly by the current value based on the incoming group_counter_value; conversely, the key is added and incremented by the incoming group_counter_value based on the default value of 0.

Group counters support all group types except for communities and topics.
